Martina Sick-Pannen lived 6 years in Yokohama / Japan where she conducted groups in further training institutes. During her studies of History of Art, Italian Philology and Classical Archaeology she also spent some time in France, Italy and the USA for study visits. 

Since 2002, she has advised companies on their market entry into Japan and holds special lectures and training sessions on the topic of “Japan Cultural Awareness and Competence”. Her clients include renowned firms in the mechanical and automotive engineering sector and food industry. 

In addition, she conducts seminars at the Japanese honorary consulate in Stuttgart and is a member of the pool of experts of the Japanese Business Association DJW. She completed her training at the BISW – Academy for Trainers & Coaches and was successfully certified by the Chamber of Commerce in Würzburg. 

Nagomi Norimatsu has been living in Germany with her Japanese-Dutch family for almost 20 years. She studied Household Economics at the Prefectural University of Kumamoto in Japan and did some research into consumer behavior and marketing for her final year thesis. 

After her studies, she worked for Wacoal in Japan as a district manager with personnel responsibilities. 

Her wide range of knowledge makes her a suitable contact partner at IHIDA international for our Japanese customers to communicate with them in their native language and to provide support for their families in adapting to their new life.
